Supporting the family

Money raised will go towards funding an artist fellowship in Anthonia Akinbola's honor. Mrs. Akinbola spent the later years of her life teaching arts and crafts at senior centers across New York City. This work brought her immense joy and her students loved her dearly.

In her legacy, this fellowship will offer financial support to an artist who wants to work with elders, teaching them art practices and collaborating with them on their own creative projects.
